Who is Paul Muntjan?


   Paul earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Maryland with a major in Business and Management and a minor in Marketing. He is the former President of the Maryland Public Interest Research Group, a consumer advocacy group.  

                                                                                             

 Education is extremely important to Paul. He has achieved the prestigious Real Estate Designations of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate of the Realtor's Institute), and ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative). Paul is also an Associate Broker and a Foreclosure Specialist. In the areas of Marketing Planning Systems and Advanced Customer Service, Paul has attended numerous seminars and workshops presented by top experts in the Sales and Service Industry.

 As an Investor and a successful Property Manager, Paul brings additional know ledge and experience to his customers. Through his many years in Real Estate, he has made many contacts with home improvement and repair specialists that give discount pricing when a home needs "sprucing up". Paul knows how to "stage" a home perfectly for a quick sale! He even takes a special interest in his customers by providing them with moving boxes and constant follow-up after the sale!
